About

I am a software engineer at Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology – Future Urban Mobility (SMART-FM). I develop perception technology for self-driving vehicles which means I work with cameras, lidars and a bunch of advanced algorithms. My research interests include robotics, computer vision and machine learning. Currently, I am exploring imitation learning in autonomous vehicles, such as end-to-end learning based on camera images.

If you want to learn how Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics and Computer Vision is applied to real world problems, you have landed on the right place. I plan to use this blog as a medium to spread the knowledge in the field of self-driving vehicles and the technology surrounding it. The posts on this website will comprise of both preliminary and advanced concepts and more importantly the recent breakthroughs.
